  • Monday – Max Brain Boost: Cognitive activation and rhythm

  • Tuesday – Max Strength & Skills: Strength and coordination

  • Wednesday – Max Flow: Mindfulness and flexibility

  • Thursday – Max Energy: Cardio and movement games

  • Friday – Max Play & Teamwork: Cooperation and social connection

Do teachers need any special training?

No – all teachers receive an onboarding toolkit, videos, and guides that make delivery simple and effective.

Technical & Platform

What do teachers need to access Max Moves?

A device with internet access for videos and printable materials. The program also offers a gamified leaderboard and reward system to keep students motivated.

Can the program be used offline?
